Online Auction - auction is held on the internet only or can be added to on site or office auctions
Office Auction - auction is held at our 23rd street office in Panama City. Great traffic count and many amenities to provide comfort for the attending crowd!
Types of Auctions
Absolute Auction- auctioning any type of real estate with no minimum and no reserve
(Crowd knows the auction results will produce a new owner)
Auction With Reserve- auctioning any type of real estate with the seller approving the final bid (Crowd has no idea what is the mimimum acceptable bid)
Auction With Minimum A Opening Bid- auctioning any type of real estate with an amount which will trigger the beginning of an absolute auction
(Crowd knows if opening bid is offered there will be a new owner) Works best online!
